A new year brings new plants! Peace Tree Farm has partnered with Kind Earth Growers to offer a list of finished Mid-Atlantic and Northeast native species for 2026. We are excited to partner with our neighbors and friends on this initial offering of hardy, sustainably grown perennials and sedges. As the program grows, we'll be offering a great variety and a selection of nativars sourced from other reputable Pennsylvania growers.

Kind Earth is providing top-quality seed-grown plugs, including many from regionally harvested seed of locally adapted ecotypes. From start to finish these plants will be grown to the highest sustainability standards and biological pest control. We strive to ensure that every plant is ready to be a part of our ecosystem and provide valuable ecosystem services to insects, wildlife, people, and the planet. Peace Tree Farm is finishing these deep-rooted plugs in our 1-quart pots, so landscapers and gardeners can expect quick establishment and visible results.

As we refocus on our core values as a grower, we see that we are overdue to begin offering natives, and are proud to curate a list of tried-and-true native plants in collaboration with other growers who share our values." Partnering with Kind Earth Growers was a natural fit.
